| What about non resident game licenses? |
You will be eligible for a guaranteed outfitter sponsored license if you hunt
with us. We provide our hunters with the necessary paperwork prior to the deadline.
Completed
paperwork and payment (check payable to Montana FW&P) must be in our hands prior
to March 1st so that we may verify completion and certify the application prior
to the state
licensing deadline of March 15th. For the 2010 season, the outfitter sponsored
licenses cost:
| Big Game Deer/Elk Combination |
$1,200 |
| Elk Combination |
$995 |
Black Bear non-resident licenses are $350 and must be purchased prior to the April 14th
deadline for spring black bear hunting. Bear hunters must show proof of having passed a black bear
identification test before purchasing a license. This test is available online at Montana
FW&P.

| What do you provide and what will I need to bring with me? |
|
All you need is your sleeping bag (for wilderness hunts), personal effects, gear and
clothing, licenses, favorite rifle or bow, scabbard and ammunition. You will be provided with a
detailed "what to bring" checklist along with other detailed information well before your
trip. |
| How do I reserve my hunt? |
|
Call us at (800) 223-4333 or send your written reservation request via regular mail or
e-mail and we will contact you with availability. We will hold your space for up to two
weeks pending receipt of your deposit. |
| What is your deposit and cancellation policy for hunts? |
|
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. The final balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your hunt for Spring Bear Hunts. All wilderness hunts must be paid in full by January 15th (60 days prior to the Montana licensing deadline). We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect your hunting investment in case of cancellation. Due to the nature of our business, all deposits and payments on hunts are completely non-refundable.
|
| What are the minimums? |
|
Two hunters, double occupancy in cabins and tents. Due to the limited availability of our
hunts one-on-one (single) hunters are taken on a space available basis only and we
charge $100 per day for the one-on-one guide supplement. The exception is our bow
hunt which is one hunter to one guide. |
| What is included and what is not included in your rate? |
|
The rate includes accommodations, all meals, care and preparation of game with delivery
to processor in Kalispell, horse and tack, and professional guides. The rate does not
include the cost of your licenses, transportation to and from the lodge, or gratuities. |
| Do you offer any unguided trips or drop camps? |
No, we hunt in a vast, rugged, and remote territory. We provide guided hunt services
only.
